About
About Us
Leaf & Anna offers fun and functional goods for you and those you love.
Founded in 2017, our "World Headquarters" are in Brooklin, Maine, and we carry goods from local businesses down the road, halfway around the world, and so many places in between.
After testing out multiple holiday markets, pop-ups, and shops-within-a-shop, we expanded to Blue Hill and operate a second shop at 5 Main Street in 2021.

About the name
I dreamt of having a shop since I was a little girl. I was big on lemonade stands and selling knick-knacks to my neighbors, parents, and friends. My older brother and I had a magical shop inside a large closet at my grandmother’s house in Sedgwick, the house I now call my home. “Tim & Anne’s Store” sold fresh bouquets of Black Eyed Susans, Queen Anne’s Lace and sprigs of bay, shell creations, and more. Our customer base was small (we were operating out of a closet after all!), but we thought it was a massive success.
A college job at a needlepoint shop, a rewarding career with Laura Ashley, and many other adventures brought me to the opportunity of buying Betsy’s Sunflower in 2017. Betsy Doherty ran a successful shop in Brooklin and I was excited and ready for a new adventure.
Leaf & Anna’s name is a nod to my parents. They would’ve been proud to see this business grow and flourish.
